Authorized personnel only
One private control center for schedules, results, milestones, paints, rosters, and Team Wire publishing.
Access is limited to invited Aetherwing administrators.
Aetherwing Control Center · v1.1.26
Every editable content area has its own tab. Change the racing operation without digging through one giant dropdown or touching protected sitewide infrastructure.
Pick a tab above. Each tab owns one job.
Open any content tab to load the current publishing state.
Dates, event status, finishes, points snapshots, win history, and major career/team milestones.
Who races where, what number they use, profile copy/stats, charter structure, and program metadata.
Current staff roles, partner presentation, and complete editorial/news publishing.
Feature the next scheme, edit originals or new paints, and manage published/draft/archive states.
VISUAL SANDBOX
Preview any seasonal Aetherwing skin on this Admin page only. Nothing here publishes or changes the public site, and a page reload always returns Admin to the normal Aetherwing look.
The preview updates with every theme choice. Nothing here publishes or changes the live site.
The public site switches automatically in Eastern Time.
Default Aetherwing keeps the background still.
Normal Aetherwing panels, filters, buttons, borders, and scrollbar.
Cards, filters, controls, borders, textures, and ambient motion all change with the selected theme.
These sit on top of the normal seasonal theme only on the matching day. Selecting one here previews the full combination without publishing anything.
CONTENT WORKSPACE
Publish current changes in one step; private drafts remain optional. Paints update directly.
Choose a series and the first affected event. Every event in that series from that point forward moves together, preserving the schedule cadence.
Filter the calendar by league, then select a race. Its league, event, track, date, round, and status are copied automatically.
Loading a race never deletes another result. Driver pickers only include people assigned to that league in the Driver Roster.
Paste the full finishing order. Position is the finish; finishing and stage points are calculated automatically for leagues with an Aetherwing scoring profile.
CSV columns: Position, driver, start, Stage_1, Stage_2. Use - when a driver did not finish in the top five of a stage; that displays as a dash and scores 0 stage points. Do not include a Finish-points column. Featured Driver and Chase Driver remain manual checkboxes after import.
Enter a public page path. The scanner imports visible text, link destinations, and standalone image sources as editable Page Content records.
Scanning merges new items with existing rules. It does not publish anything until you choose Publish current changes.
Module 03 · Live
Give the next scheme a reason to matter before race day.
One entry creates its booth listing, search record, and share route.
Original paints, Admin additions, drafts, and archived entries. Original share slugs stay protected while their editable metadata can be overridden safely.
Match flat PNG paint templates to each scheme’s reusable 3D body. Missing items are marked below; 2D renders remain available until the 3D record is ready.
Choose a flat PNG and the matching body, then rotate and inspect your scheme. This is a local preview — it does not upload or publish your paint.
Nothing gets published from this workbench. Once you're happy with the design, upload the same PNG using Upload & save 3D in the texture library below. Templates must match the chosen vehicle's UV layout.
Upload the original flat 3D paint template PNG (up to 16 MB), not a screenshot or static render. The PNG is stored securely on the main Aetherwing site; the public Paint Booth loads it after publishing. Late Models stay 2D-only during this beta, and iRacing vehicles need matching geometry before 3D can be enabled.
